I am a qualified Naturopath, Herbalist and Clinical Nutritionist based in Scarborough, Perth, WA. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science from Endeavour College of Natural Health and I am a member of ANTA, my Professional Association.
My approach to health is holistic and patient-centred - meaning that I look at the entire person’s health and body systems which could be affected by or contributing to the current health issue. I will also provide symptomatic relief, but it is only the tip of the iceberg and we need to figure out what is the “underwater” issue or root cause that has led to your symptoms.
My aim is to empower you to take control of your health and I want you to have long-term health improvements.
With me, you can expect to find quality individualised health care that is evidence informed as well as based on thousands of years of traditional use.
The things I can help you with are very diverse and varied: it ranges from fatigue, poor immune system, digestive issues, stress management to thyroid imbalances, diabetes, hormonal irregularities, PCOS, painful periods and weight loss.
I am originally from Mauritius Island and have called Australia home since 2007.
Growing up, I was lucky enough to be surrounded by nature (Mauritius is a little paradise). During my spare time I was either surfing, snorkelling, hiking or horse riding. I grew up eating homemade food, had endless supply of mangoes and had my own home-based Osteopath, thanks mum! She had a very natural approached when it came to treating our colds and little injuries.
Prior to becoming a Naturopath, I completed a double Bachelor of Environmental Biology and Social Science (Anthropology) at Curtin University, which allowed me to work close to nature as a Botanist in remote parts of Western Australia for many years. However, I had always been drawn towards a career in Natural Health and decided to change career to become a Naturopath.
I absolutely love cooking, and creating delicious healthy meals, my mojo is “everything in moderation” so I will sometimes have take away pizza or desert when eating out, so when we discuss your diet and tweaks that need to me made, I am all about realistic changes!
Sustainable living and respecting the planet we live on is one my priorities and I have considerably changed my life around this.

What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a holistic practice of health care that considers on all aspects of your health, aiming at finding and treating the root cause of your health complaints as well as the symptoms using the most natural and least invasive therapies.
It is one of the oldest forms of medicine and has been used for thousands of years.
The 6 fundamental principles of naturopathic medicine are:
1- The Healing Power of Nature - Trust in the body's inherent wisdom to heal itself.
2- Identify and Treat the Causes - Look beyond the symptoms to the underlying cause.
3- First Do No Harm - Utilise the most natural, least invasive and least toxic therapies.
4- Doctor as Teacher - Educate patients in the steps to achieving and maintaining health.
5- Treat the Whole Person - View the body as an integrated whole in all its physical and spiritual dimensions.
