Once you have selected a spot that suits you, your booking will only be confirmed once the pre-payment has been made (and you have 15minutes to do so before the page times out).

>>Important note: Consultations with Manon will only be via Telehealth (Zoom) from mid-June to end of August, make sure to select “Online Telehealth” at the time of booking to see availabilities. Supplements and herbals prescribed will be able to be picked up from the clinic or posted until the end of July. From end of July to end of August supplements and herbals prescribed will only be posted.

Victoria will continue to consult as usual at the clinic + via Telehealth (Zoom or phone) until the end of July and will then have a well deserved break until the end of August.

Cancellation policy and online booking disclaimer

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

As we are a busy clinic, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all rescheduling or cancellation, otherwise 100% of the consultation fee will be charged.
If rescheduling before 48 hours, your pre-payment will not be lost and will be credited to your rescheduled appointment time.
