Are dispensary items included in treatment price

Being a student teaching clinic, (TO CHANGE) our consultation fees are set below market rates and as such represent excellent value for money. Our comprehensive range of practitioner-only dispensary items are available at very reasonable prices.

What is a treatment plan

Your treatment plan is an individualised program of ongoing care that is developed in conjunction with yourself, your student practitioner and their supervisor. Importantly your treatment plan represents a “snap-shot in time” and your student practitioner will review it with you from time to time to ensure that it remains current, appropriate and focused on maintaining your optimum health.

What should I wear to my appointment

For most consultations you can “come as you are”, but we do recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing for the massage, tui na and soft tissue consultations.

What’s the difference between initial and repeat consultations

Initial consultations are 60 or 90mins in duration, depending on the treatment type. All ongoing consultations are 60mins. Please note that for our massage, tui na and soft tissue consultations, you can typically expect 45 mins of “hands-on” treatment as part of your 60 min consultation.

What time should I arrive for my appointment

We ask that you arrive 15 mins early for your first appointment and 5-10 mins early for subsequent appointments.

Is parking available at your clinic locations

Parking options vary between clinic locations. Please check the specific clinic location page for more information.

Can I reschedule an appointment

You are welcome to call us at any time on 1300 859 785, should you wish to re-schedule an appointment.

What if I need to cancel my appointment

Appointments may be cancelled (or re-scheduled) at any time up to 24hrs prior to your appointment. Please see our cancellation policy for more information.
